Teck Joo Goh is a M&A Advisor at BLOOM Global Inc., specializing in complex M&A transactions across AI, Data, Security, and Semiconductor industries. Teck holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Southern California. His experience includes engineering, product management and business development. He has been part of multiple M&A deals and responsible for defining business strategy in M&A deals. He is extremely sharp and has the ability to quickly transition from industry to another.
Nish holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering along with an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is extremely passionate about what he does and always wants what is best for his customers.

Hari Titan has Nearly 20 years of experience in customer profiling, risk modeling, and data analytics for major financial institutions. Developed models to analyze risk across products including credit cards, home equity lines, business loans, insurance premiums, and more. Built risk models for Wells Fargo, GeoVera Holdings, Gap Inc, Bank of America, Providian Financial, and other clients through HNC Software (now FICO). Inventor on a patent for generating explainable scores and reason codes to support neural network models. This technology was used in the Fair Isaac Falcon(TM) credit card fraud system as well as other risk management products.
He has many years of consulting experience, reporting to many C-level executives, and has experience working at small startups, many of which later got acquired.
He also has degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Canada.
