Raj Sathyaseelan is the founder and CEO of Bloom Global Inc., an investment banking and M&A advisory firm serving technology, manufacturing, and professional services businesses in the lower middle market. With over 20 years of operating, entrepreneurial, and advisory experience, Raj brings a perspective that most investment bankers simply cannot offer — he has built companies, led teams inside Fortune 500 organizations, and guided owners through some of the most consequential decisions of their professional lives.

Raj is dually registered as an Investment Banker through GT Securities Inc. (Member FINRA/SIPC) and holds the Series 7 and Series 79 licenses, allowing him to represent business owners through the full transaction lifecycle — from business valuation and deal positioning to negotiation, structure, and closing. He is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a licensed Wealth Advisor through Legacy Wealth Management, which means he does not stop at the closing table. He helps clients think through what comes next: how to protect, grow, and transition the wealth they have worked decades to build.

Before founding Bloom Global, Raj held senior leadership roles at Xerox and McKesson, and founded and scaled technology ventures of his own. That background shapes how he works with clients today. He understands what it takes to run a business under pressure, manage teams, and make decisions with incomplete information.
